National Engineering Research Center for Supercritical Fluid Technology and Equipment

GAWEE established a National Engineering Research Center for Supercritical Fluid Technology and Equipment. The center owns
1L, 5L,10L, 100L×3, 300L×3,700L×3,1500L×6，2000L×10 SCFE devices, three-level 0.5m2 molecular distillation equipment.
Therefore, GAWEE can do the research of the SCFE process for our customers, and help our customers extract products from the material they offered.
Then，GAWEE can do experimental tests scale-up to small tests, medium tests, industrialization tests for customers，and helps customers establish a complete SCFE production line.

GAWEE owns a long manufacturing history of mechanical and electrical equipment from 1971.

1971 The original company------Wujiang Mechanical Factory was founded.

1996 Wujiang Mechanical Factory began the research of SCFE.

2001 Wujiang Mechanical Factory was reorganized and renamed to Guizhou Aerospace Wujiang Electro-mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.（hereinafter referred to GAWEE）.

2002 GAWEE successfully manufactured the first 1L SCFE machine. Then GAWEE successively manufactured 5L, 10L, 25L SCFE machines for some companies in China.

2003 GAWEE manufactured the first 50L SCFE machine. Then GAWEE successively manufactured 100L,300L, 400L, 600L SCFE machine for some famous companies in China.

2008 GAWEE successfully manufactured Molecular distillation equipment.Provide dozens of sets of molecular distillation equipment for domestic and foreign customers.

2012 GAWEE first exported SCFE machine to Taiwan and India. GAWEE expands the application of supercritical technology:research on supercritical CO₂ drying aerogel.

2013 GAWEE established 1500L×6 supercritical CO₂ drying production-line to produce Aerogel.

2015 GAWEE established National Engineering Research Center for Supercritical Fluid Technology and Equipment.

2017 GAWEE established 2000L×10 supercritical CO₂ drying production-line to produce Aerogel.

2020 GAWEE manufactured 5000L×3 SCFE machine and deliveried to user.

GAWEE provides SCFE Equipment, Molecular Distillation Equipment, Pressure Vessel,Aaerogel Insulation Materials, and R&D of SCFE.

1. Supercritical CO₂ extraction machine (pilot, industrial) turnkey projects
GAWEE has been engaged in the research of supercritical extraction technology and equipment for 20 years. More than 300 sets of industrial SCFE machines have been provided to users in various industries.The machine layout is reasonable and beautiful, and the equipment performance is stable.

2. Molecular distillation machine (pilot, industrial) turnkey projects
Molecular distillation is the main product of GAWEE. In the natural plant extraction industry, SCFE and molecular distillation are common and effective extraction methods.

3. ASME pressure vessel
Pressure vessel is the core product of GAWEE. GAWEE owns national standard pressure vessel qualification and ASME qualification. More than 200 sets of pressure vessels are produced every year.

4. Aerogel insulation materials (aerogel blanket, aerogel powder, aerogel glass)
Aerogel is one of the main products of GAWEE. It is produced by supercritictc.al CO₂ drying method, and the quality of products is stable.Including aerogel blanket, aerogel glass, aerogel powder, aerogel customization, etc.
